Does anyone else here try to ensure they get a regular source of B17 & if so how?
Any good recipes for apricot kernels - I'm bored of eating them raw.

The internet is great eh.
However, tecent scientific research is indicating B17 does have an effect on cancer cells & current research is trying to 'patent' a drug made fom this. Notice 'patent' - you cannot patent a natural product & hence a profit from it. I wish I had kept the link to this research, I can no longer find it.

Hmmmmm...... Okay, I know peach pits have a cyanide-like compound in them... Do apricots? Cherries? Of course, "sweet" almonds don't and we eat those, but "bitter" almonds -- the kind used to make almond extract-- do.
I am not so sure I would trust someone telling me to eat apricot pits....
eating apricot kernels (seeds?) would seem like eating banana peels or avocado pits... why bother, take swab of raw honey and kick it with some cacao.
