I just bought resistance thingies!!! (those rubber stretchy things that you use instead of weights) :hamster: I'm soooo excited to try 'em!!!

I'm looking up some excersizes to do w/ them, but does anyone have any? Especially ones that are original and intresting, as I get bored easily.

lat pulldowns... start with the band in both hands above your head, slack in the band and elbows slightly bent. one side at a time, bring your elbow to your waist (w/out bending it)

I do most of my pilates with resistance bands. I love them. I lie on my back on the floor and start with my knees bent and alternate stretching my legs out. Then with both legs stretched out I keep my knees straight and raise each leg, alternately with my arms. I'm really bad at explainig this. I actually have a tape that I started out with so I got to see what the heck I was doing. Anyway, it's a Denise Austin tape (she can be really annoying) but I love the bands that came with the tape and excersises are great. Good luck and have fun!
