The Future of Food DVD Signing Tour in December across America!

Deborah Garcia will be traveling to different Whole Foods across America over the next couple of weeks promoting the re-release of The Future of Food to DVD. The 2 DISC SPECIAL EDITION DVD will include GE-Free Recipes from some of the country's most admired chefs and cookbook authors - Alice Waters of Chez Panisse, Deborah Madison of the vegetarian classic "Greens Cookbook", and Mollie Katzen, author of "Moosewood Cookbook" and "The Enchanted Broccoli Forest". The DVD has shopping tips that educate about ingredients, like why it's important to buy organic milk as opposed to milk containing genetically engineered bovine growth hormone.

The Future of Food DVD is available now on The Future of Food Website or you can purchase it nationwide at organic retailer Whole Foods, as well as traditional home entertainment retailers. Special discounts on bulk orders are also available to organizations.
