Is it bad to exercise with a foot injury. I'm going insane, what if i were to do crunches or something?

i think that it depends upon the nature and extent of the foot injury as well as the nature of the exercise that you want to do.

You could do floor excerises like yoga or pilates. What is the nature of your injury? Do you have to stay off your feet? If you don't have to stay off your feet, you could do low impact stuff like ellipitical machine, bike, or swimming. Have you been to a physical therapist? Usually they get you to still use your injuried body part in a gentle way (ex, walking instead of running). I had a shoulder injury 2 years ago from heavy lifting at work and the therapist had me doing light weight lifting to gain back strength.
