Looking for a free online vegetarian diet plan

Looked into eDiets Vegetarian Plan but they have a stiff cancellation fee if you drop them in less than three months. Does anyone know of a free online vegetarian plan where they offer or email you menu ideas. I just find following a set plan easier than having to figure it out for myself. Thanks.

I don't know if this even applies to you but: The 2 universities I've attended both offered free/cheap nutritionist visits. A nutritionist could help you set up a plan and it could even contain food you'd like! :up: I'm not sure how much a regular nutritionist charges but one or two visits might be worth it to set up a plan you'll enjoy!
