Regis salons, cruelty free?

i would love to know this answer,
a lot of companies arent on either petas testing or dont testing list and the navs site is only somewhat useful

Not sure what the question is. I pass by a Regis Salon all the time. They sell and use products that are tested on animals, as well as those that don't
