Lemon-flavored Chicken and Mushroom Wrap

Suitable for a: vegan diet
Ingredients:

1 Package Lightlife Fat Free "Chick'n" Strips
1/2 Packet Chinese Lemon-Chicken Seasoning
1/2 cup portobello mushroom, sliced into 1 inch strips
1 cup spinach leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. Roasted Garlic Hummus
1 whole-wheat lemon basil tortilla wrap, approx. 6-8 inches diameter
Instructions:

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in skillet.
While heating, combine "chick'n" strips, lemon chicken seasoning, and mushroom slices in a small bowl. Mix well.
Sautee mixture in heated olive oil until chick'n is slightly grilled and mushrooms are soft and juicy. Put mixture aside.
Put spinach leaves and garlic in skillet; wilt well. (wilt well...hehe)
Mix in bowl with chick'n and mushroom combination.
Grill tortilla wrap in pan until slightly stiffened over low heat. Remove, put on separate plate and spread hummus on wrap. Put chick'n, mushroom, and spinach mixture on sandwich; roll closed and secure in place with hummus.
Serve and enjoy!
