Not that I like the places one bit, but this quote from one Kuwaiti organising the shipment was golden:

"We see this as being for Iraqi kids. Zoos are mainly for kids. In a way, we're helping them as much as the animals."

And we are supposed to think that these countries need the likes of the UK, Uk and Australia to teach them how to live.
