Anybody else in Australia boycotting the Royal Easter show again this year? I for one am certainly not going to give my money to an organisation that promotes the mistreating and eating of animals. Nor do I wish to see the "diving pigs" show where our porcine friends are made to leap from a high platform into a cold tank of water to the amusement of the intellectually challenged audience.
I would rather send the entrance fee to some of the vegetable farmers in Northern NSW who are still suffering from the drought.

Gee, that sounds not very nice. What's wrong with humanity :(

Oh boy, the SRES! I've done work there (pre-Olympics)..... jeez, what an experience. Here's a kind of "diary"........

I did the same work the year after the one detailed here, and it was more of the same (basically). I dunno how I survived.

Thanks for your support on this one guys. I hope the Sydney Morning Herald is gutsy enough to print the letter I sent them along the same lines.
And the diving pig show concept is a disgrace. Replays on the evening news make me hate the TV networks out here even more.
