Did anyone get the menu for Whole Foods Market Thankgiving. For $15.99 per person, you too can serve a delicious vegan meal.
Roasted Acorn Squash stuffed w/ wild rice, apple and chestnut stuffing
Wild mushroom soup
Green beans with almonds
sauteed spinach with garlic
They also have ala menu to mix and match (not sure what is vegan or not):
maple laced sweet potatoes
roasted butternut squash w/ dried cranberries
Sweet potato bisque
Triple squash soup
mashed potatoes
mashed turnips w/ crispy shallots
wild rice apple stuffing
YUM!!!

It does sound appetizing though!
:hungry:
That's something I would be interested in. Since I'm the only vegan, I would only have to get one and that would not be too expensive. It beats having to go buy everything and cooking it myself because usually, i would just cook mashed potatoes and yams and people wold look at me and say that my food selection choices are so limited when it's really that I'm not creative in cooking Thanksgiving meals. I'm gonna check it out. Do you know when the ordering deadline is?

Sounds yummilicious. It IS a heckuva lot of roots and squash, though.

I think its a great idea if someone is hosting Thanksgiving and has a vegetarian guest. $16 is not alot to show you care that your guest has a nice Thanksgiving : )

I don't think $16 is unreasonable. It would depend on the portion size too though.

You have till the 20th of November and you can order it over the phone and give them the time of pickup. They are open for Thanksgiving. I think the menu varies also, so be sure to check on what exactly you are getting.
