I got the low sodium variety so needless to say I had to add a little sea salt but overall, after sprinkling some mexican cheese on this canned wonder, pretty darn tasty :sunny:

I was apprehensive to try it since most canned foods are gross but this passed.

Just a hint though, let it simmer to reduce the liquid or its more like a chunky soup.

Ingredients:
Filtered water, tomatoes, pinto beans, onions, soy protein(in form of crunmbles), tomato paste, carrots, green bell peppers, chili powder, honey, molasses, garlic, cumin, potato flakes, paprika, ground bay leaves, sage, basil and oregano.

Yeah, I think I liked that one too. I used it once to make a Tennessee Corn Pone recipe I found online. The next time I tried their Black Bean chili, but I don't think I liked that one much.

If you live in the Northwest, Nalley's Chili makes a vegetarian one that is DEE-LISH. It's sold in regular supermarkets everywhere and is under their 99% Fat Free label - but red the label - besides just 99% Fat Free... it also sys "vegetarian' in smaller print. It's unfortunate, I think many people miss this because they assume all Nalley's Chilis are meat filled...

It's way cheaper than most "health food" brands of chili too. (There is some milk product in it however, so it's not vegan) but still, if you're just a regular old vegetarian like me, you might give it a try, I like it so much better than any other type...
