View Full Version : Beer belly solutions!!??

Since I quit my last job in August I have not been that physically active and I have managed to grow quite the beer belly. My diet is quite good except that I eat chips and salsa before going to bed sometimes, but I was just wondering what kind of excerices are the best to get rid of an unwanted beer belly? I hear jumping jacks are good, but there has to be something more effective. Any ideas?

Maybe try running. That usually burns a lot of calories for me.

You can't spot reduce fat. You've just got to do burn more calories than your eating if you want to lose fat.

Running is good, with some weight lifting as well. Muscle burns more fat than fat does evan at rest.

Don't eat before going to bed/sleep. You ingest more calories that way.

When dieting, Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day.

Before you sleep, lay down on your back straight on the ground. Put both your hands on the ground, and go up slowly, don't go up more then 2 inches. Make sure you keep your knees bent like you're doing sit ups, look at your cieling, don't bring your head down.
