Hi guys, I'm looking for some good stretches that will target my back.

Cat stretch is a good one...

Kneel on all fours with your hands comfortably straightened and shoulder width apart. Slowly arch your back, placing mild pressure on your knees and hands (think of pinching a cue card between your thumb and fingers) until you're as far as you can go, hold it for a few seconds, then slowly go back to a straight back. Repeat as necessary.

Sometimes you can hear a few vertebrae cracking out of place at the apex of the arch - as long as it doesn't hurt you when you're standing, no harm done, but it might be a sign that the arch of your foot is off and you might want to go see an orthopedist.

spinal twist:

lay on your back and extend your arms out to your sides. bring your knees into your chest. roll both knees over to the right, looking over the left shoulder. hold for 6-9 deep breaths, bring back to center and flatten your back, and then do the other side.
