Hi everyone,
I got this idea after reading the 'Sexually Frustrated Club'. Some of the comments there made me laugh.

I have gone out with two vegans, and sadly they have both been very disappointing in the cot. My recent meat-eating ex-boyfriend, however, never missed a beat (...maybe only once).

I have often questioned whether veg*ns lose their sexual desire because of their diet.

As everyone here is anonymous, hopefully, nobody will be shy about answering truthfully.

You questioned whether vegetarians lose sexual desire based on three data points?

I'm quite certain you just happened to have two vegans who weren't very "good" sexually, and one omni who was.

However, if you go by the one example in Super Size Me, too much fast food can make you a lazy lover.

hm... no, veganism didn't kill my sex drive...

It's not the diet, it's all that activism they get involved in. Leaves them too buggered for anything else :)

Why does it seem like the only thing you're interested in doing here is discrediting a vegan diet/lifestyle?

Seriously, it's all you ever post about.

What makes you think it was the "two" vegans that were at fault? <insert light bulb analogy here>

It could also be that the vegans were much more restrictive about partners in their lives while the omni banged anything that had a hole (I notice hes an ex now too).

Vegetarian and vegan men tend to process too much during sex. "Oh! Did that hurt?!--Let me know if this is too fast.--I have a lot more stamina since I stopped eating meat--you know, I've discovered that sex is SO much more than the p*nis--I've been meaning to work out--Oh, is this okay?--blah, blah, blah!"

Grrrr! Less talk, more c*ck!

Not everyone is anonymous.

The reason why many of us don't talk about our sex lives here, is because we don't want to make you sick with envy. :tame:

Well, I've never been with a veg man so I don't know for sure, but I think sex drive often has to do with general health. So if you have sex with a healthy veg*n, the chances are better that he'll be good in bed. If you have sex with a healthy omni, chances are better he'll be good in bed. If you have sex with a junk-food veg*n, chances are higher he won't be able to perform well. Same with a junk-food omni. Of course that's ignoring all of the complex psychological factors that go into being a "good" lover and the fact that people have many different ideas about what it means to be a "good" lover (ie. some people like gentle, slow lovemaking while others like aggression). So basically it's kind of pointless to speculate and even a well-planned scientific study with a thousand test subjects wouldn't tell the whole story...

I'd have to say that seeing as how there is a whole thread for veg*ns who wanna get laid, I'd have to say that veg*ns have a fine sex drive.

I've never been with a veg*n, only 3 people, all omnis. #2 was lousy. I think in everyone's live you're gonna meet people who are good and who are bad in the sack, regardless of diet.

Absolutely no loss of interest for my fiance or I, and we've been veg*n for 3 years.

Heh, no. Wouldn't the very existence of the sexually frustrated club suggest that the sex drive is present by the conditions for the fulfillment of this drive are not there?

:)

Anyway, I have a tiny string of anecdotes that disconfirms your tiny string of anecdotes.

Isn't vegan slang for lesbian? I thought I heard that somewhere before.

Hi everyone, I am going to sign off.

Many comments here seem to not be made from personal experience but from wishful thinking. Others are just very new vegans.

Uh... ok. Bye now. You're going to lead a lonely life if you run from everyone who disagrees with you, you know.

I've never had sex with a vegetarian. The only ex-partner of mine with any problems in the bedroom was a smoker. Hopefully, one day I will be able to test out this veg sex theory with a real life man :boobies:

That's a good point. I didn't want to imply that, perhaps, ex-vegan is the one who isn't as good. I'm just taking her word for it.

I have often questioned whether veg*ns lose their sexual desire because of their diet.

the only time i lost my sexual desire due to my diet was when i was eating too little to be interested in anything.

that having been said, i've certainly had nothing to complain about as far as "veg*n v omni sex" goes.

Iv slept with, both, vegan & Omni women, no probs, with either. Sex is about trust, and your clouded judgement, {"that ya got kill to connect baby"} is wrong. You just have to be a little more patient.
