Scrambled *Eggs and cheese*

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.

Category: Breakfast




Ingredients:

1 block of tofu
shredded soy cheese
pinch of salt
pinch of curry
a frying pan




Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------------

Cut a small block of the tofu and scramble the tofu, in small chunks, with a fork in a bowl. Add a pinch of curry to give it a yellowish egg color and stir it in. Add a pinch of salt and fry it in a frying pan on medium. Once it's cooked for about 5 minutes, place it on your fave plate and sprinkle generously with soy cheese.

Ahhh, how I love scrambled tofu.

I add nutritional yeast for a more "cheesy" taste and India Black Salt for a more "eggy" flavor - mmmmmmm.. good stuff!!

I'm going to try this recipe on Sunday am. It sounds so good. What is India Black salt? I've never heard of it.
