Citrus Smoothie

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.

Category: Beverages/Smoothies




Ingredients:

1/2 cup silken tofu
1 cup orange juce
1 banana
2 tbsp of maple syrup (optional)
A splash of lime juce




Instructions:

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth.

Enjoy!

this was a good smoothie - now i finally have something to do with leftover silken tofu! thanks!

If you are using protein supplement in your shakes then that thickens them up without the need for bananas. But if you’re not using p.s. then you can still make juices, they just won’t be as thick and goopy like smoothies with bananas. But they can still taste great!
