Tamari-Ginger Dressing

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
3 Tablespoons rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon tamari
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginget




Instructions:

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.

(Makes about 1/2 cup, or four 2-Tablespoon servings)
Great with strong or bitter greens.
