Italian Dressing

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons apple juice concentrate
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of garlic powder




Instructions:

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.

(Makes about 1/3 cup, or three 2-Tablespoon servings)
This dressing is terrific!
