Well I was pretty sore after my 15k race in the mountains yesterday.

I still mangaged to go out for my 9 mile run with the club today though, even though my thighs ache. :p

Shadowlee, congrats on your race! There is nothing like going to a race that will make you want to do more.

in maybe 1/2 an hour I'm going to muster up the energy to ride my bike about 4 miles TO the gym and then do some working out. because I ended up eating badly yesterday and I really need to get myself straightened out.

Well since we only had 4 replys last week, I just edited the thread title to change the date ending for next Sunday.

Does anybody mind or do you really want me to start a whole new thread?

Today I ran 14.5 miles and had an amazing run. :)

It's been a bit quiet lately!

I took a week off from hamstering after my race. Mainly because I had heaps of study to do. I went back to it yesterday with a "Body Attack" class. Basically an aerobics class with lots of energetic jumping around. It was fun!

Captain, I think that was a good idea to combine weeks. I don't know where all the Hamsters have gone....but I shouldn't talk, I haven't been around much either. Perhaps we need to get some attention somewhere on the sight...maybe in the "introduce yourself " thread? Any ideas Hamsters?

I ran 8 on Fri. (my last long run before the race) and 3 on Sun, 4 today. I'll run 4 on Wed. and that will be it till the marathon on Sun.

Go Hamsters!! :vebo: :pibo: :hamster: :nana: :bobo:

Body Pump class tonight.

Where have all the hamsters gone? Maybe everyone is so busy working out they are too tired to type!

:D That must be it!

I've just been busy going here, there and everywhere with school stuff and have barely had time to sit down to the computer...I've still been running, though.

Ran 6 miles today...honestly can't remember Monday or Tuesday or last week. That was a long time ago :dizzy:

Went to Body Balance last night. Today I went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the treadmill, used some weights machines and then did 20 minutes on the bike.
