Hey all,
I'm not a raw foodist by any stretch, but I'd like to incorporate more raw foods into my diet. Any ideas/"cookbook" recommendations?

Try the "pH Miracle" by Robert and Shelley Young. This diet is vegan and it is 80% raw (really focuses on the alkalinity of the foods) and 20% cooked or acid forming foods. This is the best way to eat in my opinion. This book contains great recipes and transitional suggestions for becoming more alkaline by eating more raw foods and eliminating acid forming foods. Every vegetarian should read this book. I know many vegans who are chronically tired and have chronic illnesses such as fibromyalgia. Simply eating raw isn't enough. Fruit for example is acid forming. Check it out!
