sorry newbie here, maybe done before....but is there any such site/list of restaurants and all of the safe veggie items that are on the menus? would be of great interest to me.

My advice is to try and avoid going out to eat. Going out is just too much trouble... If you must, just be careful! I recently had a little mistake happen while eating out, and I don't want it to happen again.

sometimes it isn't possible to avoid going out to eat, and sometimes you might want to go out to eat, though. it is always good to know what options you have if you make this choice.
