Hi all! I gotta get back on the ball with this since I will be in my church's fashion show in October. Here's the plan so far:
Today: 90 min. jazz dance class
Tuesday: crunches, possibly 30 min. dance practice (I have another meeting so I may have to miss it)
Wednesday: stretches, crunches
Thursday: 90 min. jazz dance class
FYI - running laps and cardio is included in my dance practices and classes.

It's been a recovery week for me. I was getting overtrained, but I think that I am ready for a long run this weekend.
Sun: 4 mile run (felt really tired)
Mon: rest
Tues: 3 mile run (still felt tired)
Weds: rest
Thurs: 1 1/2 hr yoga (this was so great!)
Fri: 3 mile run (felt a lot better)
I'm thinking that 16 miles tomorrow would be good if I can get enough sleep tonight!

I did the 16 mile run this morning. I don't even want to move right now.

Great job, NDvegan85!
Do you like homestarrrunner?
well, still, great!!! I used to run the mile in 8:37
and now we did it in PE and I got 7:36!!
But I can't run over 4 miles consecutively, or even in a day.

Thanks jeez-loiux! I'm doing a marathon in about 6 weeks.
Congrats on improving your mile time.
And yes, I'm a homestarrunner fan. :)

Sweet! he "wox" majorly.
Thanks about the mile time.
I made a list of life goals, and one of them is to run one single mile in under 6 minutes.
