I feel so at home here with others that have a ton of pets:D Most people just look at me and my husband like we are nuts! Anyway, we have 2 cats, Sweet Pea and Grady. Grady is my needy, nuerotic and often times psychotic cat. We have 3 dogs, 2 mixed breeds, Wednesday and Elmer. My husband is a canine officer with a police dept so we have his dog Maysee, a chocolate lab with more energy than I thought one animal could ever possess!! We also have an umbrella cockatoo named Eva. She is such a character!!! My husband is very into reptiles so he has some snakes and turtles.....I don't really get into them that much so I really have no idea what exactly he has. Needless to say, there really is never a dull moment at our house!!!!

I live with a 2-year-old kitty named Milo and an 8-year-old albino corn snake named Adam.

Milo is my baby. He's black and white and very fluffy. He greets me whenever I come home by rolling over to have his tummy rubbed. He sleeps with me every night, and I often wake up in the morning with a faceful of fur. He gives me massages, and when I'm not feeling well, he gently places his paws on me. I call this the "laying on of paws." He's also a complete spaz at times, and runs around frantically. If I've been out of town, when I return he clings to my leg as I walk around. I could go on and on...

I've raised Adam since he was a little worm, and now he's about 5 feet long. Of course he and Milo don't mingle since they occupy different places on the food chain. Adam has his own room, so when he's out of his tank, Milo isn't allowed in there. His favorite places to go are the closet and under the bookcase. Of course he's not particularly affectionate, but he likes being held and going up sleeves. He has a beautiful orange pattern on his skin.

That's me and my carnivorous friends...

I live with a cat and a snake, but my other cats and dogs live with my mom in the country, we're down to 7 rescued cats (since we recently got good homes for 2 of them, but the rest are gonna stay living with her/us), a Basenji, and an australian cattle dog, plus my cat and my snake. i miss being able to live with so many animals, but i have to admit having only 2 pets has made them the most spoiled and pampered pets in the entire world.

Yay a thread where I can gush bout my pets.
I have a 5mth old fluffy dark grey kitty named Ella. She has white paws and a white belly and is completely mad. She is soooo playful and loves to leap out at me from her hiding spots. She's also very cuddly. Ella is beautiful. I got her from an adoption centre. We're not allowed pets in my rented apartment, but hey what they don't know can't hurt.

At my mum's house (moved out bout 9mths ago) I have a cat and two dogs.
Chewie (I named him when I was 10) - Is the most wonderful dog ever. He's a german shepard X rottweiler and is huge. He's very gentle and loves his cuddles. He's also very protective of our family and other pets. Oh and he's 9.
Cooper - is my brothers maniacal red and white boxer. He's almost 18mths and like boxers are meant to be, a complete clown. He is so funny and dopey, but so adorable. Cooper is so cute.
Max-A-Million - is my mum's cat. He's 5 and very pretty. He is white mostly but has a light brown back, with very dark brown tail and ears. Strange colourings, strange cat. He's half siamese so has bright blue eyes and talks a lot. You can have full conversations with him. Although he is very unsociable and hides as soon as someone he doesn't know comes in the house.
I love them all lots.
Animals rock. When I have my own house I want like 4 dogs and 1 cat. Then when I retire I want 3 horses and a cow. Cow's are cool.

I have two Dalmatians - both rescues. My male "Elvis" is 9 ish (he was pre-named and I didn't have the heart to change it), and my little girl "Ellie" is 5ish. He's a 3 time loser - at the SPCA 3 times before found a permanent home with me. I know why, but I love him anyway. He had a little problem with separation anxiety so I got him a dog, because he didn't care for cats. She was "bred" by someone that should NEVER have bred dogs. I got her at 9 months old for a deep, deep discount, she was flea infested, tick infested and had never been inside. I know I "bought" her but she was sooo neglected, I had to take her. She was kept in a 10'x10' chainlink pen with another litter mate and her sire and dame. She had to fight for food. She's a terror and I love her. Fortunately she respects me as the pack leader because she doesn't blink twice before she'll bite someone. So, we spend a lot of time together, just the three of us. I know she's a liability, but hey, I wouldn't take my child to be euthanized if it bit someone. We just work around it.

We have one cat who owns us. Her name is Waffle ands she is about 6 or 7 months old, she is a tiny cat and I don't really think she is going to get much bigger. She is vanilla/ginger/grey tabby and is practically the cutest cat in the entire world.

Ever since we moved into our new place, which is two storey and much bigger then our old shoe box, she has been being allot more snugglier, jumping on laps and sleeping at my toes and such. Doing allot of cute things.

Four rats and a snake.

Inigo, Fezzik, and Humperdinck were rescued from a woman who brought home a pet store rat unaware that it was pregnant. (Dread Pirate) Moe was adopted from a friend who had too many animals to deal with at the time.

Sebastian is a california king snake and I am in love with him, even though he's not too bright.

Well before I moved to Ottawa in November I had three beautiful black cats. One died a week before my birthday, one I had to leave with my mom until I was able to move him down (big mistake..she sent him to kitty heaven), so now I'm down to the youngest who used to be a terror and has now turned into the biggest baby imaginable now that he's the only cat in the house. I'm starting to wonder if maybe he is responsible for the deaths of the others so that he could have me all to himself.

I have 2 dogs-Harley, an 8 yr. old Retriever/****er spaniel mix. He's soo smart and wonderful and makes my day everyday.

Loki-my 3 yr. old husky I saved from the veterinarian clinic I interned at my junior year of high school. They had two dogs that they just couldn't get adopted and had to pick one to give to Noah's Ark and the otehr put to sleep, and they were going to pick my doggy to put to sleep because she was very numb and scared of people (she was abused.) I knew all she needed was someone to care for her and teach her how to love again..and she's wonderful now!

Whiskey is my 11 yr. old cat (Siamese). He's has lots of attitude but is also really loving. I've had him since I WAS 7.

If you wanna see pics of them, you can go to my band webpage : Belly-up.net and go to the pic page.

I have 14 cats: Gigi, Cleo, Benny, Dolly, Cuppy, Jessie, Gloria, Tony, Peanut Butter, Bradley, Sara, Kelly, Dominic, and Phoebe. It'll take up too much space to tell all their stories...but I love them like crazy.

I also have 1 dog named Danny. He was a stray who had been hit by a car. The guy who hit him called the police, who were blocking traffic behind him so he wouldn't get hit again when I came along. They let me take him to an emergency vet place where he just barely made it through the night. The next day I took him to an veterinary orthopedic surgeon. Long story made short, after having a plate put in to fix his fractured pelvis and a couple of months recuperation, we've had him over 5 years and he's the best dog in the world...and he loves the cats, too. :)
