Great job Shadowlee!

Fri: 3 mile run (I think?)
Sat: 5 mile run w/ intervals thrown in
Sun: 4 mie run & unpacking like 6 or 7 times up a flight of stairs w/ a bunch of heavy stuff!
Mon: 14 mile run
Tues: 1 hour of yoga this morning (mostly stretching stuff) and more tonight (more strength focused)

Man did I feel that run yesterday! Didn't help that the 12 miler was 5 days previous, but that's just what worked with my schedule. I'm thinking that the 16 mile run will be next weekend to give my legs a break!

Oops - I may have posted this on the wrong thread before. If so, please disregard. :)

Sunday: a LOT of walking. Went to Six Flags Great Adventure theme park and walked about everywhere hunting down rollercoasters I wanted to get on. Fun Fun!

Monday: More walking!! Went to NY and walked from 33rd St./Broadway all the way to 48 str./3rd ave. then back to 38th and ate at Better Burger (check the site - betterburgernyc.com - YUM!) and then went to 43rd to go to a bookstore and then had to walk all the way back to 34th street to catch the train home.

Tuesday: 90 min. dance practice (running included)

Today: Nada! Just some crunches. My legs are still sooo sore!

tuesday: 4 mile bike ride (not much) but work is physically active, I'm always on my feet, moving around, moving things, etc...

today:
OH MY GOD.
9 mile bike ride....in 105 degree weather. with many many uphill parts. I FELT THAT
walked another 2-3 miles.

I'm proud that I worked so hard on the bike ride...because honestly its an good ride, pretty far but still enjoyable and you get very good exersize doing it...but today......it was unGODLY amounts of hot. i checked online, it's at least 105 degrees. so I worked really hard, and got good exercize, but I am half dead now.

Due to conditions not in my control (lack of food) for the past two days I wasn't able to run as much as I would've liked. Harumph. But I did my best :D

Wednesday, 4.5 mile run
Thursday, 5.5 mile run

Tomorrow will be a bike ride if it doesn't rain, otherwise I'll run. I'ma get me some food now so I can do those things properly tomorrow :)

I hear ya. I hardly got any running in this week. I have my kidlets back in school and my feet got used to not standing on them all day during the summer. And I have a big blister on the back of my foot from my new work shoes.

I did get in 12 miles on Sunday though and some random walks with the dog during the week.
