B.A.D.'s Extreme Vegan Taco Bake

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian or vegan diet

Category: Main Dishes - Other




Ingredients:
-----------------------------------------------------

2 packs of taco shells
2 large green onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 tomato
Frozen corn
1 can black beans
1 can of spicy refried beans (or leftover spicy refried beans, these can be left out if no beans are available)
1 pack Yves Mexican ground
Cilantro
Paprika lots if you’re like me
Splash of hot sauce
Salsa (you choose the flavor)
Fake cheese if available
Hot pepper of choice, jalepenos are good to add on top optional

i just fry the meat and onions then layer

shells, meat, beans, salasa, cheese, shells etc until its all gone

I don't see why not, they would probobly work the same way. I just used all those taco shells that allways end up breaking in the bag somehow...:brood:

I think I'll try this recipe but skip the ground "meat" and black beans.. I think it would be ok with just refined beans.. hm .. I'll try it..
