I play tennis just about every day, which means that there isn't a lot of time for weight lifting. I want to get more toned and lean without necessarily bulking up, in fact I'm trying to lose weight. The only things I have available at home are two 10-pound weight and one of those inflatable exercise balls. Is it even worth doing any tricep, bicep, etc curls with these weights? If so, what kinds of exercises can I do with them?

Thanks!

That basically depends on your level of fitness/strength now.

If you fatigue after 10-12 reps with the weights, they're worthwhile. If you can do 15 or more reps with it, then it's not doing too much. But still better than nothing, probably.
