Another good one is www.actforchange.com Same thing, pre-written letters, though they urge you to personalize them.

Also, I signed up for Working Assets from that website, which is a long distance service (7cents/min, 3.95/month) that donates 1% of its profits to various charitys, AND sends you a coupon for a free pint of Ben & Jerry's (that's good if your ova-lacto like me).
