I like that it states B12 in vitamins is better absorbed by the body than the b12 found in animal products  http://today.reuters.com/news/newsarticle.aspx?type=healthNews&summit=TelecomSummit05&storyid=2005-08-09T194932Z_01_B143446_RTRIDST_0_HEALTH-ELDERLY-VITMANS-DC.XML

Cool
But i do worry about the level of certain vitamins in my multivitamin. Like 5000 %RDA of B12, it's a bit excessive. I wonder if there's any side effects to it. According to that article there's no evidence though. :-/

B12 is water soluble, meaning your body only absorbs as much as it needs and the rest is peed out, so don't worry :)
