It's from SILK and it's called "Very Vanilla"....gosh, it's yummy. I drank a whole carton in about an hour (shouldn't have done that, but it is really good.) And, the bonus, calcium-fortified, good for you, and cruelty-free. :D Just had to share that, but I didn't know if it should go under Relationships and Family (because it's for the kids) or Product Reviews (because, um, it's a product). Anywho, froggy, you can move this if you have to.

i am sure it is yummy but i would never give it to my kids. 4tsp of sugar/8oz seems a bit much to me. regular vanilla silk only has 1.75 teaspoons and still tastes great!!

That stuff is so sweet it makes me gag. Uuughhh, I feel sick thinking about it.

Elizabeth thanks for sharing your favorite soy milk with us! I prefer soy dream enriched, personally, but really, I mostly drink water ;-)

My sister (who is not veg*n but pretty close) gives her daughters 8th Continent and they LOVE it. I know it is not vegan like Silk but it is better than cows milk so I think that is great.

(I really like Very Vanilla too!)

My kids love plain SILK and plain almond milk... if I buy vanilla anything they just gag...
(Me too, took me forever to find a coffee place that would do my Mocha with plain soymilk instead of vanilla, what's with that?)
If it gets more people trying soy instead of cow's milk, it's a good thing though, I guess.

My hubby LOVES Very Vanilla... :lol: He's such a kid. I like vanilla or plain Silk. DO NOT like 8th continent..... bleh. My son likes the chocolate Silk. :) (He's lacto-veggie, but doesn't drink actual milk. He eats cheese and stuff, because I haven't found a vegan string cheese. :) ) So he likes soy milk even better if it's plain then mixed with Ovaltine. :) Can't get him to drink anything white.... :no:

I started using Silk regular soymilk about a month ago and I like it. Well, when I went to the grocery store a couple days ago, I bought the chocolate Silk for my son (he's almost 16 months) and he loves it!
