I had a Burger King garden salad for lunch today and I just have to say it was really good. (get it w/o the cheese for vegans) I think what made it so good was their ~Tomato Balsamic Vinegarette~ dressing. It was very, very good! I recommend trying it. Just thought I'd share! :)

I just went on their site and it looks like all of their burgers contain soy! How funny.
Its always good when a big chain has some veggie options, IMO.

Ummmmmmmm... this means I'd have to patronize Burger King to get this salad? Ummmmmmm... no thanks. I'll pass.

According to the website it doesn't come with cheese.

Where did you see that? I know the Whopper patties are 100% beef.
Eh, I think I'll pass also. No way in hell is BK, or any of the big fast food chains for that matter, going to get my money.

Thanks for the info! My vegetarian bf ends up stranded in airports A LOT so it's always nice to be able to direct him to tasty food!

Let's keep this discussion to the salad itself. If you want to share with everyone why you will or will not eat at BK that's probably best off in another thread.

The salad did have parmesan (or some kind of white cheese) on it.
I wasn't saying BK is the best place to eat, just that the dressing was really good.
And no, BK wouldn't exactly be my first pick either, but being that I live in WEST VIRGINIA, I have about absolutely ZERO vegan options. No restaurants, grocery stores, etc.... So...I'll take what I can get and hopefully that is good enough! Maybe this helps others who don't have a lot of options, either.
