I found some jelly rolls at Safeway but they are more expensive and contain eggs. I am trying to reduce the dairy and eggs in my diet.

Sound easy enough. How would it taste toasted? Could you still roll it?

Roll it first, and then stick it the toaster I guess.

If you have a toaster where you can change your settings it might work.

If I don't have Smuckers, what should I do?
Hey, I know, I have frosting left over.... Can I make these with frosting?

What about toasting it with frosting? Would that work?

The mind boggles with possibilities....

Yummy frosting! Sure. Substitutions can make recipes taste better.

I haven't tried it but frosting sounds good on cinnamon toast bagels and raisin bread to me.

it won't spread right if you don't use a knife. I tried it with a spatula and it turned out TERRIBLE.
