Help, I am confused

I am getting confused, I post in a thread and it ends up subscribing me to it. Is this normal or am I clicking on someting without realizing it? :confused:

Nope. Go into your user CP and choose edit options. Scroll down and make sure "user e-mail notification by default" is set to no.

Then go to user CP and make sure there aren't any subscribed threads or forums listed there.

Let me no if that doesn't work.

When I subscribe to a thread, Do I remain subscribed to that thread or do I have to subscribe each time I visit that particular thread?

If you subscribe to a thread you should always be subscribed to it. Go into your user CP and click the link to "view all subscribed threads." As long as you see it there you're subscribed.

Are you not getting e-mails when you should?
