Howdy, all. Us vegwebbers were planning a get-together in Atlanta this June... http://www.geocities.com/freakshowalex/

Even though we don't really know any of you yet, we'd love if if you could attend.

Hey, you know, for one meal, everyone coulld pitch in, we could get a buch of groceries and cook ourselves! I'd be willing to set up a buffet or something for everyone if someone (Kathym :)) Lets me use their kitchen!

Cook ourselves? But wouldn't that be cannibalistic? I'd be happy to whip something else up though! :D

I'm going to move this to the Community Assistance forum and stick it. I know there is a list over at VW on who's going, can someone paste it here? Also, we were starting to talk about getting together in Ohio at an amusement park sometime this summer. So if anyone is interested in that or in the area they're more than welcome to join us.

Cause that's where Thalia is. :D

I mean cause it's a fairly central location and there's an awesome amusement park there.

Cedar Point?! It's only the BEST amusement park EVER! I used to go when I lived in MI. If you ever see those rollar coaster shows on Discovery channel, over half the rides are THERE! ...hm. now I want to go "coastering"! :) I'm bummed I didn't get to ride Excaliber before I moved (it broke 10 world records don't you know!)

Scarey--we have to reserve/pay for our rooms at least a month in advance, right?

I've got a suite reserved all for my lonesome, so if someone is looking for a roomie...I don't bite, I swear.

scareyvegan
April 10th, 2003, 06:28 PM
you dont need a full month...
but the sooner you do it the better...
because we need to have at least 10 rooms reserved a month in advance
also the sooner you do it, the sooner ill have a better idea if i need to book more rooms or not

so book already!!!!
remember you only need to pay a deposit of 1 nights room + tax
so 90 bucks

Whoa Whoeee! I just posted in Yvette's thread that I've received flight reservations from vegachick and Happy, so start making them now if you can, they're cheaper the earlier in advance that you make them. Is it June yet?

scareyvegan
