Regarding pointe shoes:

Sansha makes a pair that consists of cardboard, polyester-satin, glue, canvas. I think that's it. It's under their Recital line, but you have to ask specifically for the paper soles. They might be vegan, although we have to investigate further. Also, sadly, they might be discontinuing the line anyway.

Regarding technique slippers:

Another alternative to suede/leather slippers or sandals, are "Dance Paws". Made for bare-foot modern dance, but usable by classical dancers. I think they are vegan as well, the friction pad is made of synthetic suede.
