Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. What you mentioned is fine, but those aren't foods that really give you a lot of energy.

Make sure you take a multivitamin every day, get your omega-3 (in food - flax or walnuts - or as flax of hemp oil), get plenty of leafy green veggies. Sleep enough, make sure you drink plenty of water.

If you are vegan, do you take a B-complex or a B-12 supplement? Also, grains are great for working out because your body can store them in your muscles so you can have more energy longer.

are you getting enough calories?

I'm not a vegan and I don't take any vitamins right now. I don't know how many calories I'm getting, but it seems I'm getting more than enough. This is what I had so far today:

Breakfast - 1 kiwi, 4 strawberries, english muffin, a little bit of orange juice

Lunch - burrito (whole wheat tortilla, refried beans, veggie ground beef, shredded veggie cheese, marinara sauce), mixed vegetables, water

Try breaking your meals down to eat consistently throughout the day...

Aim to eat every 2-3 hours so, or around 6 meals/per day as opposed to three larger meals three times a day. You can suffer from glucose crashes, as well as spikes...and coming down is never fun.

Breakfast was good...you could also have done it with the English muffin and juice first...then a couple hours later eat the fruit...then eat your burrito at "lunch time"...then for afternoon snack have the veggies, and so on.

This is how I eat; all throughout the day; and except for days when I don't get enough sleep, I generally have pretty even levels of energy.

I'm gonna repeat a bit of what Azalea said, but I think it's worth it. Have you been sleeping well lately? Has your sleep cycle had to shift lately due to a new school or work schedule? Have you been drinking more alcohol lately or having caffeine within 10 hours of going to sleep? Maybe you're getting the right quantity of sleep, but poor quality. Alcohol, stress, and caffeine are just a few things that can affect the quality of your sleep. Has there been a big change in the weather where you are? If it got really hot really fast, that could be exhausting, especially if you're dehydrated as a result. Are you exerting yourself more in your everyday tasks? Since I started a new job where I'm on my feet for 8 hours at a time I've definitely found my body fighting to keep my energy levels up. Also, do you have seasonal allergies? My allergies make me drowsy, and I know many medications for allergies make some people drowsy.
Basically, fatigue can be caused by so many things, and it might have nothing to do with your diet. Good luck. :)

I think you meant to say you got up first at 7am and then got up again at 9:30am. For a minute there, I was like "what?"

Sometimes when I work out, I get more tired than usual because my body is burning engery fast. Maybe try to eat an hour before you work out. Nothing too heavy or too filling (I learned from experience :spew:), so you can work out longer.
