I really want to make a raw cheescake. Anyone have any tried and true awesome raw cheesecake recipe(s)?

I haven't tried cheesecake yet but I have tried a raw pie and it is sooooo good. Almost better than the real thing...

Raw pies are so awesome! I don't have any recipes, but I know they are out there. I've had raw apple pie that tasted exactly like the real thing.

I just made a raw strawberry pie. I can't wait for it to chill in the fridge!
I've made it from a recipe before, but I couldn't find the recipie so I made it the best I could from memory. I'm sure it'll turn out just as good! :lick:

Raw foodists eat ALL raw food, no matter what food group it is from. You can be an omni raw foodist. A fruitarian eats only food that the actual plant did not have to die to produce, such as fruits, seeds, nuts, and sprouts.

This has nothing to do w/ cheescake but if I don't have a dehydrator can i just use the lowest setting on my oven? i.e about 200 F

I have read that you can use your oven on a low setting but I don't think 200 is considered raw.

Im not a raw foodist so as long as it would produce similar results @ 200 F its ok by me.
