I just got this website from Vegetarian Times. A nutritionalist has put together a virtual pizza parlor and salad bar; you pick the toppings/fixings and it tells you how many calories/nutrients would be in your pizza/salad.

That is really cute. Thanks for linking it! I've been dying for pizza but with weight watchers I've been holding off. I can have a few slices of cheesesles pizza with tomato and black olives and not break the points bank :D

That's a really interesting site! I had no idea how much fat cheese had in it! Mm... pizza does sound good right now, though...

Just a suggestion for people who like pizza but not all the fat/calories... You can make little pizzas using portobellos as the crust. I know VegWeb has some recipes, they're pretty good!

Oh god pizza...
My pizza, sans cheese, on thin crust + tom sauce + mushrooms, onions, broccoli, and green peppers...is about 100 calories/slice...
Meh :)
:nigel: Cheers!

OMG I bought some last night because tomorrow night is Portobello Pizza night!
(And I am going to use ketchup...bwahahahahaha)
I think it would be great to have sites like that where you could build an entire day's worth of meals. FitDay can get tedious after awhile.

That was fun! I tried the salad bar and built the salad my coworkers eat everyday and brag how they're eating so virtuously: 1133 calories!
I'm looking forward to having pizza tonight (pineapple, tomato, feta) but I think now I'm going to have to go a little lighter on the feta than usual!

I added cheese to my pizza just to see what it would do and it doubled the calories on my pizza.

mmmm with thin crust, tomato sauce, mushrooms and olives, its only 1.25g fat per slice, but 85 calories. I am a calorie idiot, is that a lot of calories?

85 calories? No, I wouldn't call that a lot.
