A skinned Rottweiler? What kind of person are we dealing with here??!! His poor wife and kids ... I'm really surprised that no neighbors or anyone had noticed any of this going on. That many dead animals are going to stink after a while.

Because people are crazy. About a year ago, some guy was charged in Canada (but I believe he was from the States?? I cannot remember) for skinning a cat alive and videotaping it as "art." Mother****er. I remember throwing up after I heard that story and bawling like a freak while hugging my cat.
I'm glad the wife finally called the police.
