I stopped eating meat over a week ago and I did it pretty abruptly... Now I am starting to have horrible stomach pains? Did anyone else experience this and is it related?

when i went vegan i went from omni to vegan overnight. for the first few days it was fine but then for a few weeks i had some stomach cramps and digestive....issues. i figure it was my body clearing out the guck, years of meat and dairy etc, suddenly switching to a healthy diet is like a detox, it's a shock to the system i suppose.

i'm not sure what you can do to help, try drinking a lot of water, it'll help speed up the process maybe
