I think this is really a tough issue.
Where I live, there are feral cats everywhere. They wander the streets and dig in people's garbage. Some are STARVING, some get run over by cars; needless to say, it is problem.
I am all for animal welfare, but we must think about this issue before we jump on it. In many ways, euthanizing these poor creatures before they reproduce and then die prolonged, painful deaths is the most humane thing that we can do.

As sad as overpopulation is this bill should not pass. Do all pets that have "owners" have tags no so many of the pets brought in we have a care takersome were out there,but the city will just kill them .
