Hi! I'm new here!
I've been a vegetarian and anti-cruelty girl for over 15 years. However, yesterday - I came across a situation that I can't find an answer to...so that's what brought me here.

I was at Super Target picking up some things, when I saw that Target now makes knock-offs of a lot of products - including face wash. The bottles do not indicate if they do/do not test on animals, so I didn't purchase anything yet - until I can find out if they're safe. Does anyone know??

Thanks!

I think the best way to find out is to contact the company directly (they must have a customer support phone number or address; check their website) and ask them about their products. Be sure to describe the specific products you're interested in.

Oh, and welcome to VB! :hi:

To my knowledge, target "herbal essence" knock-off is vegan and not tested on animals. It is also bottled in the United States (but to be honest, US factories can be just as unfair and unsafe as foreign sweatshops).

Do you ever visit Hyvee? Products vary from store to store but there is a chance that it carries Kiss My Face products like mine (I'm the "Organic"/"Health Market" section)

I would think they'd say "not tested on animals" on the bottle. I always assumed if they didn't, they tested. Why would someone not want to mark their product cruelty-free if it was, considering they'd have an advantage for conscience-oriented shoppers? I'm not sure though. PETA has a big list, try going there and looking at their list.
