. . . my hands shake after lifting weights? It's not like it's bad or anything but it makes typing a pain in the a$$, so when it came to my attention I figured I'd try to find out why it happened.

Could be a lot of things. Low blood sugar, low blood pressure (do your hands feel cold), nerve damage (unlikely unless you are lifting extremely heavy weight).

Ohh right . . . I've always had low blood pressure, and my hands do feel cold, so I guess that's it. And it's not that heavy - around 15kg I think.

I also get shakey when I lift weights. I also happen to have lower blood pressure, but ... I thought it was just fatique from the strength training. Hmm.

I would have thought that, but I'm not even slightly tired.

I feel the same. After a strength workout, I get shakey, but don't feel tired. However, I don't feel shakey after a cardio session. Thats why I was guessing it was muscle fatigue associated with targeting specific muscle groups. Don't know.
