Yves Spicy Italian Sausages

Anyone tried? I just noticed them at store last night and bought a pack. They're new I guess- and look like same coloring etc of regular Yves dogs, but fatter and look like have spices etc throughout. They don't have look of the Tofurkey ones (which rock!) and I'm thinking these will only be good in a bun....not in other dishes. I'll try them tonight!

we tried them the other day. i wasn't that impressed. the texture was good but the flavour pales in comparison to the tofurky ones.

Yeah sorry for the delay! lol. Um, not impressed...quite a bummer. To me they taste like Yves regular dogs. I love the Tofurkey (Sun dried tomato especially) ones because of the texture and the versatility (well the flavour is great too!). The Yves were ok in a bun, if you want something bigger than a reg dog etc, but I wouldn't really recommend. Oh well- they won't go to waste, we will eat them!

i liked them pretty good. but i dont have a lot to judge against like some people seem too. speaking of toFurky, dont it piss you off when people dont repond to private messages.
