Well the street parking is all one hour so you would have to be an idiot to try to park there if you were going to class, you pretty much pay for a spot in the garage or you don't drive (at least on a regular basis). If you live far away there are free park and ride places where you can catch the train downtown, nobody needs to drive all the way down here.
