OK, i was going to post a question on the red and green dots im seeing, like what is the purpose, but i figured it out. Red means the person is not online and green means they are. I like it, very big brother.

So if anyone else is a wondering, now you know.

btw, when were those added? or have they always been there and im just now noticing?

There was "always" a box with "online" or "offline" under the avatar. (near the post counts, which have gone)

I liked that more than the dots.

I think Michael switched to the dots to decrease the overall length of the posts, like he got rid of the post count and asked people to restrict the length of their signatures. It works fine for me...

Yeah, it was always there but it was in the box and the box was removed to slim things down a bit. If you don't like people knowing whether you are online or not you can choose to be "invisible" in your user CP. It will always show you as being offline.

i noticed the on-line/off-line before, the red/green is way easier to see though. i dont mind being visible, though im naked right now so uhmm dont look.

I like the dots. I can just scroll up quickly and see who from a thread is online and who isn't.

the dots are nice... tho the Red Green show (possum lodge, etc) is more entertaining...

..don't forget the duct tape!

I didn't realize I was hi-jacking it. It was just a play on the thread title (since there really is a Red Green show) but no matter.....

C'mon all you Possum Lodgers, join me at the veggie patch for the thread about the REAL Red Green. It's at http://veggieboards.com/boards/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4357

I'll leave this thread alone so you can get back to your dots...:)
