I played a few games on XBOX last night because I was hanging out with some friends and they needed a fourth person to have teams. I didn't do TOO badly. I almost won one of the games in the combination of different games, too. :-)
Pretty good considering that I can count on my fingers the number of times in my life that I've played any kind of video games.

*shakes head earnestly* I find academia so much more exciting and invigorating than video games. *twirls around* I love communication research! Ethnographies, social scientific research, naturalistic inquiry, rhetorical criticism...

speaking of pathetic *cough* my roommate went out again tonight and invited me but i decided to stay home, went out last night and i really don't know his friends too well, they're cool but i have a feeling i'm too quiet for their taste. plus by the time he got around to saying i should go with him he was practically on his way out the door and i would've needed to shower and get ready. pity invite i guess. no biggie.
and bf is at work so i'm home alone on a saturday night, how sad. watched coyote ugly and ate vegetarian chili, now that's excitement :D

I think the fact that you watched Coyote Ugly is even more sad than being home on Saturday night. Not even I've done that.

Goodnight, VB. The time has arrived for all good girls who live in Ohio to slide between their covers.
*no comments from the peanut gallery about whether I truly fit that criterion*

it was gonna be either that or Lord of the Rings (FotR) but i couldn't find that one for some reason *grumbles about certain roommates misplacing other people's things*
all the other movies in our collection are umm well mostly my bf's and his taste is questionable. some aren't bad but they're like all comedy and i just wasn't in that kind of mood.
hmmm i just remembered i still have my brother's copy of the Lost Boys.... :D

Between Coyote Ugly and LOTR you made the right decision. I'll give you credit for that. :)

Whats so bad about LOTR?
Michael
March 30th, 2003, 07:41 AM
I don't know, I thought it was kind of boring and overhyped. At least Coyote Ugly has the eye candy.

Nope never have. Probably never will. I'm not big into sci-fi or fantasy so it doesn't really appeal to me.
