Same here. I'm glad I found out about that brand being vegan. It can be found in all drugstores and it's cheaper than all those health food stores deodorants I kept trying before, that were not as efficient.

Just as a follow up I am really liking my JASON aloe vera. I will try mitchum though in the future. Thanks. Heather

Doesn't Mitchum have alumninum in it?
Any recommendations on a vegan, alumninum free, deodorant that works?

Is Mitchum tested on animals?

I've been using the JASON apricot deodorant, it really doesn't work at all, but I'm getting used to my stench :P

I'm interested in this claim that Mitchum's works and is vegan. Can you give me a source to see for myself that it is vegan both in its ingredients and testing procedures?

I used to be a anti-perspirant junkie. I found it was almost completely mental and when I switched to deodorants I has LESS of a problem sweating. Now I hardly do at all.
Currently I am using a brand, Desert Essence - Tea Tree Oil Deodorant w/ Lavender Oil. It works great!

Mitchum is Revlon. (it says so on the stick as well) Revlon does not test.
I honestly don't know about the ingredients, I bet you could find those out and or source them. Avon doesn't test and they have deodorant-Again, you can check with the company via the website re: ingredients.
Right now I am using JASON yam flower scented or something. It doesn't have anything to make you not sweat-just covers your sweaty pits up with yam.
What is with these vegan friendly companies like JASON and tom's wanting us to sweat like beasts! (no offense to beasts)They must think we are dirty veggie hippies that luvs to smell.

I have my mitchum right here and it says that the active ingredient is Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex Gly.
Mitchum is made by Revlon, and they are on the Peta's list of companies that don't do animal testing.
It keeps me from sweating and stinking on very hot days, when I'm outside all day.

My Mitchum Cool Dry is not working all that well anymore. Can someone suggest another strong, cruelty free deodorant/anti-perspirant? Maybe the regular Mitchum would be better...

I've been using the unscented men's Mitchum and I'm happy with it. I also found a 2 for 1 packaging deal so it was very frugal too!

 I've found that to be true! I thought, ooohh..Tom's is great. Then we had our first 85 degree day and I was working outside. Let's just say it wasn't pretty. I'm going to try Mitchum.

The only thing that works for me as far as vegan deodorants is Lush Aromacreme. It is on their website. Someone recommended it to me and I am so grateful. Even after working out all I smell is the aromacreme. Sometimes, it causes a little irritation, but I just use a diaper rash ointment under my arms at bedtime and it clears it up. I spent tons of money trying every vegan deodorant I could find at the health stores, but none worked for me.
It will not let me post the website link. Just type what we normally type for a website before & after and Lush in the middle. Hope this makes sense.
