I've noticed a couple of these threads...maybe it's just the season for scaring. But uhm....
period- 4 weeks late
breasts- sore
morning- puke
undies- unusual amounts of discharge
doughnuts - or anything similar, smell makes me want to vomit or run away
craving- fresh fruit

You should take a test to find out for sure.

I was talking on the phone to my mother a couple weeks ago, she mentioned she had a feeling I was preg or gonna be preg soon. (i'm seventeen so this is a bit odd for me to hear...) I'm visiting her for mother's day...This all seems a tad ironic for me.

ABSOLUTELY take a home-test, if nothing else.
Hell, take two if you doubt the first one (most are sold in a two-pack...I'd know...I've had to buy them recently :sealed: )
Hope everything turns out how you want it to!

I'm not sure how I want it to turn out. I guess I'm just scared. But I mean...at the same time god forbid I give birth to something I will love unconditionally for the rest of my life right? Worse things could happen in one's life. Ya know?

You might not be pregnant. It could be something else, you never know. The only way to be sure is a pregnancy test.
and yes, quite a few women have had pregnancy scares here lately...hmm.

That's quite close to what my omni said to me while we waited for the results...and that's a good way to look at it, even if it would turn out to be true...

one way or the other, good luck
and yeah having the right symptoms doesn't always = pregnancy, sometimes it's mental, if you worry and think constantly that you might be pregnant you can convince your body that you are and develop symptoms. personally if i worry about it i get cramps

Abstinance until marrage. My way of not worrying.

Is that helping the OP?
Good luck with everything. Like others have said, it may not mean you are pregnant. I think you definately need to do a pregnancy test or a blood test through your doctors, because the signs do point to a pregnancy. You need to find out so you can plan for what you are going to do next?
Hope you don't mind me asking, is the (possible) father your partner? or are you no longer together with that person? :)
