Whole soy is pretty, sweet and not too beanie. There is no euwww factor from others when I eat it at school.
Nancy's has no unusual coloring (like color crayon pink or lazer yellow) but only the color that naturally comes from the fruit and soymilk, less sugar and more natural enzymes. It isn't as pretty to eat but I do like it and choose it over the more candy like soy yogurts available. Then again I'm nearly a crone and these things are important to me.

I thought that o'soy had milk in it....
Maybe they changed the product.
Wholesoy is the best!
Silk is okay and Nancy's is so nasty.

starsprite- you're so cute! :)
I have only had the Silk and Stoneyfield Farm brands, and I liked the Silk better. The Stoneyfield Farms, I thought, was like sugary water. But hey, thats just me....

You can get Provamel products in Norway too, Gazumper, I always buy their soymilk, I've tried other brands, but Provamel's is best.
Provamel's yogurt (plain or Strawberry) is the one I buy, great taste and texture, lately I've been buying lots of these big tubs, 500 ml , plain, because they're past their expiery (sp?) date , and I get them at a ludicrously low price. Taste great, anyway.

I just tried Silk, and I liked it a lot! The texture was much more like regular yogurt. O'Soy is pretty watery.

I like Whole Soy pretty well, some silk too. (nOt the plain though!)
Nancy's is pretty gross- except for the MANGO flavour. It's got more sugar then the rest of thiers. I reccomend it. :)

Oh man, JessB, I'm completely with you on the Nancy's.....it was terrible! I made the mistake of buying about seven containers of it becasue it was ten cents cheaper than my usual WholeSoy. The fact that the Nancy's yogurts were very brown kind of freaked me out.
I love WholeSoy the best. I can eat a big container of the plain with bananas mixed in, and I'm happy.

I wanted to try soy yogurt once but since all the REAL cows yogurt is right next to the soy stuff I grabbed organic real cows yogurt instead and after half a spoon (and spitting it out, it was nasty) I totally freaked out...
and yeah, now I'm scared out of the whole soy yogurt thing for a while...
... one scare can ruin it forever!!!

My thoughts exactly, Jess.
I love Wholesoy, and Silk is okay.
I really just make my own now with silken tofu, soy milk, vanilla blened, and
preserves stirred in. Really good. Shannon/Zimma

Ooh the silk stuff is yummy! I recently tried lemon and blueberry. They are less chalky then whole Soy. :)

Yeah, Nancy's has nice packaging, awful yogurt. I agree that
Silk is the best. Stonyfield just started carrying soy yogurt, so the wife and I picked up a few of those on sale, and I'll try to remember to post my thoughts after trying one.

Has anyone tried Wildwood's organic new Soyogurt?
I actually can't stad wholesoy or O'soy, but wildwoods is awesome. Blueberry and strawberry patch are amazing, thet don't have the aftertaste that the others do. I know my whole foods is test marketing the product so please buy away :)

Never heard of Wildwood. Will keep an eye out.
I had a strawberry Stonyfield soy yogurt yesterday, and it was certainly among the best I've ever had. Can't be absolutely sure how it compares to Silk without a more direct comparison, but I think it may be superior.

I tried the Stonyfield soy yogurt last week and I really like it. Great texture and not too sweet (my biggest complaint with most soy yogurt is that it's sooo sweet, it doesn't have that nice tartness like dairy yogurt).

My favorite is Whole Soy, but the few times I have been able to find it lately, it has been moldy! eek!
O'soy is a bit bland to me, but I like to stick them in the freezer and eat them half frozen.
Silk is good, but not as creamy as Whole Soy, imo.

i found Nancy's Yogurt at Whole Foods. It is vegan and it also has probiotic cultures. It is sweetened with Agave (instead of Honey). I think it tastes more like yogurt than the Silk and Whole Soy brands, it lacks that weird nutty soy taste.
It is great, at least in my opinion, and before going vegan I ate yogurt every day...it has been my goal to find the best match to my every day treat that had to go bye, bye once I decided to change my lifestyle.

I've had the provamel yoghurts too, the peach and strawberry flavours, haven't tried the more exotic ones such as mango yet. The texture is fine, but i can taste the soya in them everytime. Has anyone compared provamel to other brands and found them to be better?

i recently had a chance to try wildwood's blueberry and peach flavors. although liquidy, both were tasty, especially the peach. they're more sour than wholesoy, and because of this, my boyfriend says they taste more like yogurt.
