All Natural Baby Shampoo?

Can anyone suggest a good all natural really gentle baby shampoo for the world's cutest 20 m/o with sensitive skin? I gave her Burts Bee's Baby Shampoo last time. Is there anything better?

There is also this shampoo I see around called California Baby or something, I see it at more conventional health food stores like Whole Foods and Wild Oats. Its got a little girl and some flowers on it. haha, that probably doesnt help at all. but maybe. good luck!
